At Numa, we are committed to delivering your unique pieces quickly and efficiently within our service area.
Delivery Area (Important)
We currently offer delivery exclusively within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Canada.
At this time, we do not process or fulfill orders outside Toronto and the GTA using our internal delivery service.
Orders outside Toronto & GTA may be shipped via third-party carriers, subject to the conditions below.
Orders Outside Toronto & GTA
- Orders outside our local delivery area are shipped via external carriers
- Shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping Method (Toronto & GTA)
All local orders are delivered using our internal delivery service.
We do not use third-party carriers for Toronto & GTA deliveries.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Toronto: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, or order volume.
Shipping Fees & Promotions
Shipping fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.
For orders $500+ within Toronto & GTA, we may offer:

Returns & Service Fee Deductions
If your order qualified for free delivery and/or free assembly, and you return the item for reasons other than a defect or our error, the following fees will be deducted from your refund:

Delivery fee: $99

Assembly fee: $149
Example:
Item price $700 → Refund = $700 − $99 − $149 = $452
Customer Responsibilities (Delivery Conditions)
Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Safe and clear access to the delivery location

A suitable unloading area
If paid parking is required (e.g., Green P or condo parking), the cost must be covered by the customer.
If delivery or assembly cannot be completed due to:
- Access restrictions
- Parking issues

Unsafe conditions
An additional delivery or reattempt fee may apply.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional fees may be charged for re-delivery.
Damage or Defect Claims
All damage or defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Photos of the packaging
- Photos of the product

A clear image of the shipping label
Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:
