Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved by NUMA before being sent back.
Items returned without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• unused
• in original packaging
• complete with all parts and hardware

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• mattresses after opening
• bedding after opening
• clearance items
• special order products

Mattress Policy

Mattresses cannot be returned once the protective packaging has been opened for hygiene reasons.

Furniture Assembly & Returns

Furniture that has been fully assembled may not be eligible for return unless the item is defective.

Returned furniture must be disassembled and repackaged in the original packaging with all parts and hardware included.

If the furniture cannot be safely disassembled and repackaged, the return may be declined.

Original Packaging Requirement

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Returns without original packaging may not be accepted.

Service Fee Deduction

If an order qualified for free delivery and assembly, the value of these services may be deducted from the refund if the product is returned.

Example:

Product price: $700 CAD

Delivery fee: $99
Assembly fee: $149

Refund calculation:

$700 − $99 − $149 = $452 refund

This deduction covers operational costs related to delivery and assembly services already performed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return transportation unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Return Transportation

Returned items must be delivered back to the NUMA warehouse.

Customers may choose one of the following options:

• Deliver the item to the NUMA warehouse themselves (by appointment only)
• Request NUMA return pickup service for a $99 return transportation fee

All return deliveries must be scheduled in advance with NUMA support.

Unschedule deliveries may not be accepted.

Return Appointment Requirement

Warehouse visits are by appointment only.
Customers must contact NUMA to schedule the return date and time before arriving at the warehouse.

Natural Material Variations

Many of our products are made from natural materials such as wood and fabric.
Variations in grain, color, or texture are natural characteristics and are not considered defects.
