We can only modify or cancel orders before they are processed or shipped.

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track
your orders.

Where doyou deliver?

We currently deliver within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

Do youoffer free delivery?

Yes — orders over $500 CAD (before tax) qualify for free delivery and professional
assembly.

Can I choose delivery date and time?

Yes, you can select a convenient delivery time during checkout.

What if Imiss my delivery?

If delivery cannot be completed due to absence or access issues, additional fees
may apply for rescheduling.

Do I needto prepare anything before delivery?

Yes, please ensure:

  • clear access to your home
  • elevator availability (if needed)
  • enough space for furniture
Assembly

Do youprovide assembly service?

Yes, we offer professional assembly for all eligible products.

Is assembly included?

Assembly is free for orders over $500 CAD (before tax).
Otherwise, the assembly fee is $149 CAD.

What does assembly include?

  • unpacking
  • full assembly
  • placing furniture in the room
  • removal of packaging

Do you install furniture to walls?

No, we do not provide wall mounting or drilling services.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

What items cannot be returned?

  • mattresses (once opened)
  • bedding (once opened)
  • clearance items
  • special/custom orders

Can I return assembled furniture?

No, assembled furniture cannot be returned unless it is defective.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return transportation unless the item is defective.

Do I need original packaging?

Yes, all items must be returned in original packaging.

Yes, we carefully select products from trusted brands that meet US and Canadian safety
standards.

Do your products have certifications?

Many products comply with certifications such as GREENGUARD Gold and JPMA.

Why may wood or fabric look slightly different?
